赛得利（福建）纤维有限公司林浆纸一体化项目 

       赛得利控股是全球最大的一体化溶解浆和粘胶纤维生产商之一，其位于巴西巴伊亚的特种纤维素厂及中国内地的工厂分别生产溶解木浆和粘胶短纤。赛得利现时的溶解木浆年产能为 485,000 吨，占全球总供应量逾 10%。2008 年，公司于香港联交所主板上市（股票代码：01768），也是摩根士丹利资本国际（MSCI）指数系列的香港指数成份股之一。

      赛得利（福建）纤维有限公司系赛得利控股下属全资子公司，林浆纸一体化项目位于福建省莆田市湄州湾北岸经济开发区，整个项目总投资约人民币 30 亿元，年产 20 万吨差别化纤维，占地约 2000 亩，配套建设 300 万亩速生林基地和码头，2010 年 12 月开始建设，2013 年 10 月份开始试运营。

Sateri Holdings is one of the largest specialty cellulose producers in the world, its dissolving wood pulp production facilities in Brazilhave an annual production capacity of 485,000 metric tons and its viscose staple fiber mill inJiangxi,China has an annual production capacity of 160,000 metric tons. Sateri Holdings is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and is a constituent stock of the Morgan Stanley Capital International(MSCI) Hong Kong Small Cap Index.

Sateri(Fujian)Fibre Co., Ltd is a wholly--‐owned subsidiary of Sateri Holdings, its integrative wood--‐pulp--‐paper project is located in Putian city,Fujianprovince,PRC,which has an annual production capacity of 200,000 metric tons viscose staple fiber with a total investment of three billion RMB and covering an area of 2000 mu.The project commenced in December 2010 and completed in October 2013.
